Most of our services are complimentary. For simple bookings such as cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and hotels, we typically do not charge a planning fee. For highly customized or complex itineraries, such as multi-city international trips, group travel, or destination weddings, a planning fee may apply. Any fee is discussed and agreed upon before we begin planning. 

Yes. We’re here for you before, during, and after your trip. If issues arise—such as delays, cancellations, or hotel concerns—you have a dedicated travel advisor advocating on your behalf, not a call center. Our goal is to resolve problems quickly so you can enjoy your trip with peace of mind.   

Yes. Many cruise bookings can be secured with a small deposit, followed by convenient monthly payments. Final payment is typically due closer to your sail date. We’ll walk you through the payment schedule and options so everything is clear and stress-free.
